At The Trading Labs we strive to offer high-quality digital products. However, we understand that there may be situations in which a customer needs to request a refund.

Refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days after purchase, provided the product has not been fully consumed.

To initiate a request

The customer must send an email to support@thetradinglabs.co including:

  • Full name
  • Purchase email
  • Reason for the request

Each case will be evaluated individually. The estimated response time is 3 to 5 business days.

Refunds are processed through the corresponding payment platform (Hotmart), according to their timelines and conditions.
